CORRECTION:  In the October issue of the District 8 Advocate, the 199er Championship was erroneously identified as completing their 3rd year.  In fact the 199er Championship has been running for more than TWELVE (12) years -- for 8 years under the coordination of Mary Hruby, and for a number of years before THAT under the coordination of Linda Powers.  And then most recently, under the coordination of Jane Ettelson.

Apologies to both Linda and Mary for this mistake and omission.
